Refund & Cancellation Policy

AIGovernr is a software product operated by YImagine Inc.

1. Refunds

Subscription fees and other payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or under the applicable terms or rules of an authorized payment provider or Merchant of Record.

AIGovernr does not generally provide refunds or credits for:

• Unused portions of a subscription period.
• Cancellations made after a subscription charge has already been processed.
• Periods when an account was not used.
• Partially used monthly or annual subscription periods.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge, contact contact@yimagine.com. Valid billing errors will be investigated and corrected as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

2. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation may be completed using the subscription-management method made available for the account or by contacting contact@yimagine.com for assistance.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until the end of that period. Cancellation does not itself create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.

3. Payment-provider Terms

Payments may eventually be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. Where applicable, that provider's buyer terms, mandatory refund rules, and consumer protections may also apply.
