Refund & Cancellation Policy

AIGovernr is a software product operated by YImagine, Inc.

1. Paddle as Merchant of Record

For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, billing, applicable taxes, subscription administration, and refund processing for those purchases.

2. Refund Requests

You may request a refund for a Paddle-processed purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and any applicable statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

Submit a request using the transaction or subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email or through Paddle buyer support. If you need help locating your purchase, contact contact@yimagine.com.

3. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation may be completed using the subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email, through Paddle buyer support, or by contacting contact@yimagine.com for assistance.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until the end of that period. Cancelling prevents the subscription from renewing; refund requests are handled separately under Section 2 above.
