Quickstart
Create a Project, register an AI System, determine its context, and begin the work that applies.
Before you begin
- Know the company or client, the system owner, and the system's business purpose.
- Gather the deployment location, jurisdictions, provider/model, data types, affected people, and human-oversight approach.
- Identify colleagues who will own, review, evidence, or approve governance work.
Your first workflow
- 1Create a Project for the engagement or governance programme.
- 2Register the AI System and record its operating context.
- 3Complete classification and retain the rationale.
- 4Generate the AI-System-specific Governance Plan.
- 5Review why each activity applies, exclude only with a recorded reason, and accept the plan.
- 6Complete the first assurance activity and attach reviewed evidence.
- 7Invite teammates and assign ownership where needed.
Expected result
You have a governed AI System with a traceable classification, an accepted plan of work, and at least one assurance activity underway. This replaces the former CLI-first quickstart.
