Playbooks

A Playbook is a reusable sequence of governance steps for a known scenario, run against a project, AI System, vendor, incident or regulatory impact.

Run a playbook

  1. 1Pick a playbook from Marketplace, or from My Playbooks for your own. Clone to My Playbooks lets you adapt one.
  2. 2Choose Start Playbook and the target: a Project, AI System, Vendor, Incident or regulatory update impact.
  3. 3Assign step owners and attach evidence and findings as you go. The playbook definition is fixed for each run, so later edits do not change runs already in progress.
  4. 4When the run is complete, use Generate governance report or Request governance decision.

Choose Create Playbook to build a private playbook for your company. Marketplace playbooks are published by AIGovernr.
