AI Assistant

Ask questions about a project with cited sources, and draft gap analyses, remediation steps, findings and executive summaries for your review.

In the app
Project → Tools → AI Assistant
Who can use it
Anyone with access to the project. Generating a gap analysis or executive summary also needs permission to create reports, remediation steps need permission to view findings, and drafting a finding needs permission to create findings.

Governed Copilot

  1. 1Type a question about the project, for example which obligations and current findings apply to model monitoring.
  2. 2Optionally choose a draft to produce with the answer: plan item, evidence request, risk statement, report narrative or remediation.
  3. 3Choose Ask with sources. Read the answer with its confidence and the sources it cites, then mark it helpful or not.

The copilot searches only the published framework releases and the findings and risks you are allowed to see. It answers from those sources, says so when it has none, and never changes a record. Customer content is not used for training.

Other tools

  • Gap Analysis: an executive review of the project's systems, plans, controls, evidence, findings, risks, decisions and monitoring. Each run is saved as a new version of the project's gap analysis report, and the latest is shown when you return.
  • Remediation Steps: enter a finding's ID to get suggested steps and a priority rationale.
  • Draft Finding: enter the control you tested and your test notes to get a draft finding title and description.
  • Executive Summary: a board-ready summary in a business or technical tone, with risk priorities and flagged inconsistencies.
  • Smart Search: press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) to search the project in plain language and jump to a result.

Gap Analysis, Remediation Steps, Draft Finding and Executive Summary use an AI model to write their output. Apart from the saved gap analysis, none of these tools changes findings, risks or other records: copy what you need into the record yourself, and check each draft before you use it.
