Projects
A Project is the governance workspace or engagement. It is not the governed AI System.
Company, Project, AI System
An company can run multiple Projects, and each Project can contain multiple AI Systems. Consultants can use a Project for a client engagement; internal teams can use one for a programme or shared governance context.
What belongs in a Project
- Participants, roles, shared framework context, and accountability.
- AI Systems, evidence, controls, assessments, findings, risks, decisions, and reports.
- Programme-level work such as ISO 42001 readiness, maturity, cross-system reporting, and shared policies.
How to use it
- 1Create the Project and identify the company or client.
- 2Select the governance context and invite participants.
- 3Register one or more AI Systems.
- 4Use project-level reporting to see shared work without treating the Project as the system itself.
