Run a client governance engagement

Coordinate client participants, several AI Systems, assurance, decisions and ongoing obligations in one Project.

End-to-end engagement

  1. 1Create the client Project with New Client Audit and choose the engagement type.
  2. 2Invite client participants in Team & Access, and set up the Client Portal for stakeholders who only need visibility.
  3. 3Register each AI System, complete its Scope Check and classify it.
  4. 4Run the framework self-assessments and have them approved.
  5. 5Build and test controls, and send Evidence Requests to client owners.
  6. 6Review findings and risks, and run corrective actions to verification.
  7. 7Request the formal decision from the client's approvers.
  8. 8Generate the report and audit export, and issue a certificate if your engagement includes one.
  9. 9Set up monitoring and handle reassessments as things change.

Engagement discipline

Keep client evidence scoped to the project, separate your recommendations from the client's decisions, and record reasons for overrides, accepted risks and exceptions. Track time and fees in Billing.
