Reports, certificates & audit export

Reports

• Types: Executive Summary, Full Compliance, Gap Analysis, Recent Audit Activity, Evidence Coverage, Framework Readiness and framework-specific reports.
• Choose the audience (Board, Client, Audit, Regulator or Public) and format (PDF, CSV or JSON).
• Each report keeps a version history and a manifest of the claims it makes, so you can trace each statement to its records.
• Set your firm name, logo, brand colour, footer and disclaimer in Report Branding. Open it with the Report Branding button on a project's Reports page.

Certificates

Choose Issue Certificate to record a Conformance, Partial conformance, Non-conformance or Opinion statement. A publicly verifiable certificate gets a code that anyone can check on the AIGovernr verification page. Certificates can be revoked.

An AIGovernr certificate records your own or your consultant's attestation. It is not regulatory approval or ISO certification.

Audit trail and export

• Audit Trail lists every governance change in the project.
• Generate & Download Export produces a ZIP of the project's governance records, grouped into eight sections, for an auditor.
• Export packages are not stored, because they are a sensitive bulk copy. Use Generate again to download a fresh package.
