Client collaboration
Client portal & engagement
Give clients a branded portal to follow the engagement, and track the engagement's lifecycle, time and fees.
- In the app
- Project → Access & Workspace → Client Portal (Client Onboarding opens from there) and Engagement; Project → Tools → Billing
Client Portal
- 1Set White-Label Branding so the portal carries your firm's name and colours.
- 2Use Section Visibility to choose what the client sees: findings, risks, evidence requests, reports, messages, deadlines, activity, invoices and time tracking.
- 3Under Share Links, generate a link with an expiry date and send it to the client. Revoke it at any time.
Portal links give read access without an account, so share them only with the intended people. Clients who need to work inside the project should be invited with the Client role instead.
Client onboarding
- 1In Client Portal, choose Client Onboarding, then New Onboarding Link.
- 2Enter the client's email, and optionally their name and a link expiry. Tick Pre-fill EU AI Act DPIA Questionnaire to add the standard DPIA questions.
- 3Copy the onboarding link and send it to the client. Without an account, they complete four sections (AI systems, policies, controls and organisation context) and can save and come back later. The submission shows as Submitted once all four are complete.
- 4Open the submission to review each section, then approve or reject it with review notes.
Approving fills the project's client name and industry from the client's answers when those are empty. The AI systems, policies and controls the client lists are for your review; register them yourself where they belong.
Engagement and billing
- Engagement tracks the engagement lifecycle and its milestones.
- Billing (Engagement Billing Tracker) records time, expenses and invoices, and compares budget with actuals.
