Request a decision
- 1Confirm the AI System, proposed scope, assurance results, evidence, open Findings, Risks, and requested outcome.
- 2Request the Governance Decision under the applicable Approval Policy.
- 3Eligible approvers review the evidence snapshot and record rationale.
- 4Approve, reject, or conditionally approve where the configured workflow supports it.
- 5Retain the outcome in the Decision Ledger and monitor expiry or change.
Decision integrity
- Approvers and role eligibility should match the configured policy.
- Delegation, quorum, and separation of duties apply where configured.
- Expiry, revocation, or material change may require reassessment and a new decision.
