Workspace mode

Shown when no project is open. These pages work across every project you can access.

• Dashboard, My Assignments, All Projects, Executive Dashboard and Portfolio.
• Policy Templates, Playbooks, Approvals and Approval Policies.
• Regulatory Updates, Governance Knowledge, Framework Library and Activity.

Project mode

Shown when you open a project. Pages are grouped in the order governance work usually happens.

• Access & Workspace: Overview, Team & Access, Calendar, Engagement, Client Portal.
• Discover & Register: AI Systems, Governance Plans, Governance Map, Asset Graph, Vendors, Integrations, Shadow AI, Website Scan.
• Understand & Assure: Framework Assessments, Controls, Tasks, Evidence, Evidence Requests, Policies, Evaluations.
• Identify & Remediate: Findings, Risks, Corrective Actions.
• Decide & Operate: Approvals & Exceptions, Monitoring, Incidents, Agent & MCP Governance.
• Prove & Communicate: Reports, Certificates, Audit Trail, Audit Export.
• Tools: AI Assistant, Data Controls, DPIA Wizard, Automation Operations, Billing.

Some pages open from within another page: Client Onboarding from Client Portal, Automation rules from Automation Operations, and Report Branding from a project's Reports page.

Account menu

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar for Settings, Access Control, Plans & Pricing, Plan & Billing and Activity. Settings includes your profile, email notifications and a link to Security.

You only see the pages your role and plan allow. A missing menu item usually means you lack the permission, not that the feature is absent.
