System documentation & testing records

Each AI System keeps its own technical documentation, training data, bias assessments, human oversight reviews and monitoring plans.

In the app
AI System → Documentation and Testing & monitoring tabs, or the matching workspace in the Governance plan

Records

  • Technical documentation: the documentation pack for the system, including the material required for high-risk systems.
  • Training data register: datasets used to train or tune the system, with their source and data types.
  • Bias and fairness assessments: structured assessments of fairness across affected groups.
  • Human oversight reviews: logged reviews (Scheduled, Triggered, Ad-hoc or Override) using Log review.
  • Monitoring plans: KPIs, alert rules and review frequency for the system.
  • AI Lineage: the models, datasets and services the system depends on.

How they are used

Completing these records moves the matching required workspaces in the Governance plan forward, and they appear as assessment activity in Assure.
