Companies

Your Company is the organisation behind your account. It holds members, roles, the subscription, and every Project you run.

In the app
Account menu → Settings (Organisation) and Access Control

What belongs to the Company

  • Members and company roles, managed in Access Control.
  • The subscription and its limits, managed in Plan & Billing.
  • Approval Policies, Policy Templates and Playbooks, available from the workspace sidebar.
  • Cross-project views: Executive Dashboard, Portfolio, My Assignments and Activity.

Company, Project and AI System

Use the Company for lasting identity, people and shared configuration. Use a Project for a bounded engagement or programme. Register each governed business use of AI as an AI System inside the relevant Project.

Consultants and clients

A consultancy's Company is the firm itself. Each client engagement is a Project, named after the client in the project wizard. Client participants can join a project with the Client role and see client-visible content only, or use the Client Portal without an account.
