Account security

Protect your account with two-factor authentication and review where you are signed in. Administrators can require two-factor authentication for everyone.

In the app
Account menu → Settings → Security

Two-factor authentication

  1. 1Open Security and choose to set up two-factor authentication.
  2. 2Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or enter the manual setup key, then enter the verification code.
  3. 3Save your recovery codes somewhere safe and confirm I have saved these codes. Each code works once.

Sessions and activity

  • Active sessions lists every signed-in device. Revoke any session you do not recognise.
  • Recent security activity shows sign-ins and security changes on your account.
  • Some sensitive actions, such as granting an exception, ask you to verify again (step-up) if you have not verified recently.

Organisation security policy

Company administrators can open Organisation security policy to require two-factor authentication for every member, set a grace period, set the step-up window, and manage break-glass access.
