Requirements & tasks

Requirements describe what a framework expects. Tasks are the assigned work that meets them.

Where tasks come from

  • Approving a framework self-assessment creates tasks for its gaps.
  • Classifying a system under the EU AI Act creates [EU AI Act] tasks when the project includes that framework.
  • You can add your own with Add Task.

Work the board

  • Switch between Kanban and List views.
  • Statuses: To Do, In Progress, Under Review, Done and Blocked.
  • Filter with Build controls, Fix failed controls and Retests to focus on one kind of work.
  • Link a task to the Findings and Risks it addresses. Download Worksheet exports the list.

Done is not proven

Completing a task records progress; it does not prove the requirement is met. The requirement is met when the related control passes its test and has reviewed evidence.
