- 1Record the incident or change against the relevant Project and AI System.
- 2Assess affected people, controls, evidence, vendors, obligations, and decisions.
- 3Create Findings, Risks, and remediation where deficiencies exist.
- 4Reopen affected assurance and request a new decision when required.
